Who the book is for:

This book is for those that love nature, wildlife and want to know what natural wonders Canada has to offer. It's also for those that love Nature photography and would like to improve their seeing. In this book you will learn:

1) About some of Canada’s most beautiful and accessible scenic vistas.
2) Where to find and photograph wildlife in Canada.
3) Where to see and photograph the Aurora borealis.
4) How to see more and take better photos.

Through personal narration and his photography, Robert Berdan will take you on a tour across Canada. His photographs, taken over a period of 45 years, show some of Canada’s most spectacular landscapes. Robert has travelled on foot, kayak, car, and horseback to get these pictures. Yet all of the places shown are accessible to anyone who wants to visit them. Maps show the locations where the photographs were taken. The pictures can be enjoyed by anyone interested in the Canadian landscape or wants to know what they might see should they visit different regions. The book starts with the Maritime and moves west across the country and then into the north. It is Robert’s hope that the text and pictures will inspire others to visit these special places, take their own pictures and gain a greater appreciation for nature and wildlife.
