|Photographing Iceland February 2015 by Bhaskar Bhowmik The weather is an unknown variable when planning a trip 6 months in advance. My Iceland trip will not yield as many keepers as I had hoped. New Book completed this Summer - 45 years of Canadian Photography
"The Art of Canadian Nature Photography - Photographing Scenic Vistas and Wildlife of Canada" is my new book I completed over the summer. It includes 250 pages, a forward by Wildlife specialist Dr. Wayne Lynch and it includes maps and discussion of Visual elements of design that will help photographers improve their own photography. I hope to have it available next year to celebrate Canada's 150 birthday.

Due to high web site visitation during September, my web site exceeded 250 GB and was down for a few hours even though I upgraded my server a few months ago. I have added another 100GB for growth, but it seems like I may have to search for a more economical solution to accommodate the increased visitation to the web site. A good problem to have but also a more costly one.
I plan to redesign this newsletter and add more spherical VR photos to the web site before Christmas - keep an eye out for them.
