Dear Friends - June was an exciting time for me, I spent the first two weeks travelling through Newfoundland with my friend Kamal Varma and the trip exceeded my expectations. We photographed wildlife such as puffins, gannets, moose, caribou, fox and some incredible scenery. I show and describe the trip and route we took in 3 separate articles you can link to below. On the trip I also took some short movie clips and several 3D spherical images of lighthouses and various other attractions. You will be seeing a lot more of my 3D spherical photography in the future.

In addition, I posted an article on Hälle Flygare who is not only a long time friend but one of Canada's top nature photographers. Hälle has been a professional photographer for more then 40 years and is still going strong, he recently published an updated version of his Canadian Rockies Wildflower guide and his new venture includes the publication of laminated brochures: "A field guide to Wildlife of the Rocky Mountains" and a field guide to "Alpine Wildflowers of the Rocky Mountains" which are sure to be popular with tourists and hikers to the Rockies. To learn more about Halle's photography business see the article below.

Note if you get some great shots this summer I am always looking for short articles and or consider entering your best photos in the monthly contest and winners will be featured on the front page and seen by more then 10,000 viewers during the month.
